With a total of 70 square feet of space, our smallest unit would be perfect to store an entire bedroom or office.
10'x10'
$162 monthly
This 100 square foot unit is great for a small apartment, approximately a living room & one bedroom.
12'x12'
$174 monthly
At 144 square feet, this space is great for larger items like televisions, pianos and couches. It can just about fit the contents of two full bedrooms.
12'x15'
$187 monthly
This 180 square foot unit is ideal for an entire home, including up to three bedrooms with larger appliances like washer/dryer and refrigerator.
12'x18'
$200 monthly
This 216 square foot unit can fit up to four rooms, with items such as mattress sets, sofa sets, appliances, and patio furniture.
12'x24' or 12'x25'
$225 or $237 monthly
With 288 square feet, this unit can fit the contents of a fully furnished 3-5 bedroom home, including oversized items and appliances, a dining room set and several large boxes.

Our Most Popular Size - $212
With a total of 240 square feet, this unit is a little larger than a 1 car garage and is great for oversized items or the contents of up to five rooms. It can also fit a vehicle. Many of these units have electrical outlets for tenant use, the only size to offer this.

$424 monthly
These walk-through units have entrances on both sides, making this 480 square feet of space extremely versatile. It can hold an entire large home, with a vehicle.

Initial fees because we don’t enjoy suprises either
$25 admin set up fee for new tenants. This also includes a premium disc lock for your usage.
$35 cleaning depost fee. This will be returned upon move out. Unit must be left empty and sweeped.
**OPTIONAL: For tenants who would like access to a power outlet within their unit, this will cost $100 extra each month on top of your monthly rent.
